| PADDY-B. & Celtic Express is the most important band of three professional musicians in Portugal playing traditional Irish Folk music with style and quality. On stage, these highly-talented musicians give a complete impression of this wonderful music with all the songs and dance tunes like jigs, reels, hornpipes, polkas, O´Carolan tunes, … with most of the typical instruments like the uillean-pipes (Irish bagpipes), wooden flute, Tin- Whistle, Bodhran, Bones, …. |

PADDY-B. has more than 35 years of experience in the world of Irish music. He has played thousands of concerts all over the world, in sessions with the greatest musicians on TV- and Radio shows. Paddy is the "driving force" and musical organizer of the company. He is the lead singer and a real master on many different instruments like: Mandola, Mandolin, Irish Bouzouki, Greek Bouzouki, Banjo, Bodhran, Bones, Guitar, Tin- Whistle,… During the concerts or shows Paddy gives short and amusing introductions to the instruments, songs or tunes. He can do that in different languages: German (born in Germany), English, (maybe an Irishman in his last life???), in French (loves Red Bordeaux), Portuguese (if necessary) or fids in some words in other languages. But his common language with his audience is the music. |
| Alice Cade, a great master on the Irish wooden flute, the Tin-Whistle and the Irish (Uillean) - pipes. She knows how to transport her great love and feeling for the music with an excellent handling on all her instruments. (breathtaking - not easy for a flute- player!!!) In between the concerts Alice shows some magic steps to the music. (studied dance at Laban- University in London.) |
| Tom Hamilton is the hard working musician, creating the strong and mighty background for the sensitive songs and tunes on guitars in different open tunings and plays the pedal- bass at the same time. He gives the special groove and sound to the music - sometimes including Blues and Rock elements. |
| All together play with love and feeling and enjoy every moment on stage. With their warm-hearted and normal appearance after the shows together with their audience they answer all kinds of questions including: would you like to have a drink with me? |
| But to top that great music they perform as well as PADDY-B. & Celtic Express Show. AIGAEL is a group of 4 world-class dancers (all former members of RIVERDANCE and LORD OF THE DANCE). The choreographic leader is Angela O'Connor, the former world championship- and lead dancer in Michael Flatley´s STORMFORCE. |
